All your office telephone requirements

The RealAnswer system provides you with not only the tools you need to run your answering service efficiently, but also includes all the phone needs for your entire office.  Using the Millennium PBX from eOn communications, you can have one group handle the answering service calls while another group handles office calls.  Transfer calls between the two groups.

All your TAS requirements

If you can't justify converting to T1 (ISDN-PRI) now, just start with the ISDN-BRI and later you can convert to the T1 system by replacing the ISDN phone equipment with the Millennium PBX and upgrade the software (no charge for software upgrade). 

Equipment included with the RealAnswer system

The Millennium PBX and 30 button digital phone

       

     Network file server with SQL Server 2000

     One (1) computer for each operator position

     17" flat panel monitors for each computer

     30 button digital phones for each operator position

     18 or 30 button digital phones for each office/supv position

     Router or network switch

This system uses a stand alone PBX with a digital telephone at each operator position.  This gives you complete backup for answering the phone even if the network is down.  By using this arrangement nothing is proprietary and any part of the system can be bought from other sources and does not completely depend on any one company as other systems do.  The computers are standard pc's with the latest version of windows installed.
