- Numeric page reminder - reminds operator to

- Scripted messages - for accounts that need
specific questions asked of their callers. Limit of 10 questions.
- Extended Script - for accounts that require
multiple questions asked of their callers. No limit of questions.
Useful for orders, applications etc.
- CFM - Call for message. Tracks when
your customer calls in for their messages. You have the option whether
to count this as a billable item.
- Speed dial - automatically dial numbers
entered into the accounts speed dial database. Calls made with this
method can be tracked by the system.
- Call Transfer - Transfer calls directly to
another location - no operator interaction with the called party. No
transmission loss with transfer.
- Patching - 3 way patch. Operator
interacts with called party to verify they want to accept the call.
Then operator disconnects from call. No transmission loss on 3 way
patching.
- Caller ID - Stamped on message ticket if
this option is selected in setup
- Night transfer (ISDN only) - Calls can be transferred
from your service
to another answering service with our T1 system. Useful for small
answering services that don't have the call volume to justify 24 hour
operation.
Available Additions
- Call logging - record all voice activity on
each operator computer. These voice recordings are stored on the
computer's hard drive to retrieve when needed.
- Voice Mail ( T1 system only) - Stand alone
voice mail boxes, auto answer with personalized message for each account,
message dump for customer pickup.
